Fa’zookies
This can be called a variety of different things.

My family calls them Fa’zookies but I have also heard them called Pa’zookies.

They are so simple and really flexible on how you do them. I first fell in love with this bad boy from a restaurant where I’m from called Firehouse Pizza.

Basically, it is a partially cooked cookie, topped with ice cream, hot fudge and caramel.

What is not to love about that! You can use any flavor of cookie dough you want….chocolate chip is my husband's favorite flavor for Fa’zookies. My favorite Fa’zookie flavor is English Toffee. This is the English Toffee Cookie Recipe I use to make it but have fun and pick out your favorite cookie!

Ingredients:

English Toffee Cookie (use whatever flavor cookie you want to!)

  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. granulated sugar
  • 1 c. soft shortening
  • 2 eggs2 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. soda1 tsp. salt
  • 6-8 Heath candy bars, broken

Toppings

  • ice cream
  • hot fudge
  • caramel
Total Time:
30 minutes
