Clam Dip

Ingredients:
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1 can (6.5 ounces) minced clams, drained, juice reserved
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice, about ½ of a small lemon
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 green onions, finely chopped, plus more for garnish
- Tabasco sauce, to taste (optional)
