- 2 frozen bananas , very ripe or 2 cups frozen sliced bananas
- 2 cups kale , stems removed and chopped
- 2/3 cup vanilla soy milk
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 cup ice cubes
