- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 ½ cups beef broth
- 1 can fire roasted diced tomatoes 14.5 ounces, undrained
- 1 can green chilis 4 ounces
- 8 ounces spaghetti noodles
- 1 cup shredded Colby jack cheese or cheddar cheese
- Minced cilantro optional garnish
