Today’s dinner has a lot of the same savory, cheesy flavors as the chicken and broccoli casserole recipe, condensed into a quick, one-skillet meal. Here, I use affordable ground chicken, frozen broccoli florets, and pre-cooked rice, topped with melted cheese. The whole dish takes 30 minutes or less and you can make it as mild or as seasoned as you’d like. This makes this cheesy chicken and broccoli skillet not only kid-friendly, but weeknight-friendly, too!
