White Chocolate Raspberry Energy Balls

I love energy balls (aka energy bites). I eat one every day after lunch for a healthy little sweet treat. A few of my favorites include: monster cookie, chocolate peanut butter, pumpkin, and almond joy.

I also love these White Chocolate Raspberry Energy Balls. The white chocolate and raspberry combo is perfection. If you like my White Chocolate Raspberry Cookies, you will love these too.

They only take 10 minutes to make and you can keep them in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. They are the perfect grab and go snack or you can even eat them for breakfast or dessert. Kids and adults love them!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup creamy almond butter
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract, optional
  • 3/4 cup old fashioned oats
  • 3 tablespoons vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 cup freeze-dried raspberries
  • 3 tablespoons white chocolate chips
