- 2 tsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp oil
- 5 cloves garlic minced
- 3-4 Thai bird’s eye chili deseeded and finely chopped, see note
- 1/2 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs cut into 1 inch chunks
- 20-30 leaves Thai basil
- crispy fried egg if desired
- rice to serve
