2 portobellos, gills removed and cut into slices
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
1 small zucchini, cut into spears
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
4 large wraps
1/4 cup pesto (see my recipe for homemade basil pesto)
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
