Ingredients:
2 cups old fashioned oats
1/4 cup light brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1 1/2 cups milk of your choice
1/2 cup pure pumpkin, not pumpkin pie filling
2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
1 large egg
3 tablespoons melted butter, cooled to room temperature (or coconut oil)
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/3 cup dried cranberries
