We can’t think of a more delicious breakfast than this Crescent Roll Breakfast Pizza. The crescent roll crust is topped with scrambled eggs, potatoes, crispy bacon, and mozzarella cheese. It’s what dreams are made of!
Ingredients:
- 16 ounces refrigerated crescent roll dough Pillsbury recommended (2 (8-ounce) tubes)
- 8 slices raw bacon
- 8 large eggs
- ¼ cup milk
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1½ cups frozen breakfast potatoes
- 2 cups freshly shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives or green onion
