Here’s an easy recipe for Low Fat Chocolate Cookies – a lower fat cookie that is Weight Watchers - friendly.

Cookies are indeed an indulgence. And it’s perfectly okay to eat a regular, awesome cookie once in a while. But you should know that these low fat chocolate cookies are pretty darn good too. And at 76 calories per cookie, you might just feel like you get to eat more of them than traditional chocolate cookies.

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2½ ounces fat free cream cheese (it's okay to use reduced-fat)
  • ⅓ cup granulated white sugar
  • ½ cup firmly packed dark brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1½ ounces mini chocolate chips (or regular chips, chopped)
