Honey Mustard Chicken Salad

This Honey Mustard Chicken Salad puts a flavorful spin on the regular ol’ chicken salad by adding a delicious honey mustard dressing! Tender shredded chicken gets tossed in the salad dressing along with crunchy celery and onion for a flavorful meal, whether it’s in a sandwich, wrap, or served on its own.

Chicken salad is one of my all-time favorites for a quick summer lunch that packs on the protein. As I kept exploring with flavors, I realized that a honey mustard sauce would taste PHENOMENAL. So, here we are, and let me tell you… it’s got all the sweet, spicy, and tangy flavors to make the BEST honey mustard chicken salad you’ve ever tried.

Ready in 15 minutes, all you have to do is mix together your dressing ingredients and then toss it with everything else. It’s a fantastic meal prep recipe, and a great way to use up leftover chicken, whether you roast it at home or buy a rotisserie chicken from the store.

Ingredients:
  • ¼ cup 2% Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

  • 1 lb. shredded chicken we used shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 2 stalks celery diced
  • ¼ large white onion minced
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
