This Rum Sour is a lush twist on a classic staple. It features spiced rum and coconut cream, creating a rich and creamy cocktail that is a true delight to drink.
This recipe uses aquafaba (the juice from a can of chickpeas), an egg-free alternative to egg whites. I like using aquafaba when prepping this drink ahead.
It works beautifully and still provides the signature thick foam that blankets the top of the drink. Egg whites could still easily be swapped for aquafaba 1:1. I’ve included tips for both egg white and aquafaba in the recipe notes.
