This Pineapple Coconut Rum Cocktail is only 5 ingredients and the perfect summer drink! So yummy and so refreshing, it’s a taste of the Caribbean!

Ingredients:

  • 1 14 oz. of coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup rum
  • 1 cup of ice
