- 1 large bell pepper, cut into medium pieces
- 1 tbsp. avocado oil or olive oil
- ½ tsp. oregano
- ½ tsp. garlic powder
- ½ tsp. paprika
- ½ tsp. sea salt or to taste
- ¼ tsp. pepper
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 2 tbsp. chopped dill or parsley
