- 1 teaspoon sriracha or samal oelek
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- 2 tablespoon lime juice or rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar
- 3 cloves garlic grated or ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger grated or ¼ teaspoon powdered ginger
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ⅓ cup hot water + more if needed
