Cabbage Stir Fry

We love a good stir fry at our house. It’s a great way to use up vegetables, and today’s version of cabbage stir fry uses only veggies!
Our family loves Asian recipes and because our kids actually love cabbage, I knew they’d love this stir fry. The best part is this veggie dish is SO simple and takes just a few ingredients.
Soy sauce and Chinese cooking wine added the perfect touch of flavor. It’s also a one-pan dinner that is on the table in about 10 minutes (it doesn’t get much easier than that!). Just add rice for one simple weeknight meal.
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 pound shredded cabbage
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Chinese cooking wine, (Shaoxing wine)
