Strawberry Chamomile Gimlet

This easy Strawberry Chamomile Gimlet is made with homemade strawberry chamomile syrup, Gin, and fresh lemon juice for the perfect cocktail.

It's officially Spring which means it's time for all the Strawberry Cocktails! If you love my Strawberry Margaritas or Strawberry Mojitos, then you will be obsessed with this Strawberry Gimlet!

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup chopped strawberries
  • 1 chamomile tea bag
  • 2-3 ounces gin
  • 1.5 Tablespoons lemon juice *juice of about ½ lemon
  • Ice cubes
