Frozen Lemon Pie

This frozen lemon pie is creamy, tangy, and refreshing! A fresh twist on frozen lemonade pie, it’s made with real lemons, yogurt, and whipped cream for a simple no-bake dessert perfect for summer.

There’s nothing better than a glass of cold frozen lemonade on a hot day, unless it’s a slice of this frozen lemon pie! Made with yogurt, freshly whipped cream, and real lemon juice, this no-bake dessert is light, creamy, and bursting with citrus flavor.

The filling goes into a buttery graham cracker crust, then it’s frozen until firm and no oven is needed. It’s similar to the lemon cheesecake, but with an Italian-inspired twist on frozen lemonade pie that’s just as easy and even more refreshing.

Ingredients:
For the Base
  • 1¾ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ⅓ cup butter melted

For the Filling
  • 2½ cups full fat yogurt (plain (vanilla) or lemon flavoured)
  • 1¼ cups cream (whole/heavy or whipping cream at least 30% fat content)
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon gelatine
  • 2 tablespoons milk (2% or whole milk)

Extras
  • 2-3 ounces white chocolate grated
  • 1 cup cream (heavy, whole or whipping cream) whipped until thick
Prep Time:
30 minutes
Total Time:
510 minutes
