Peach Bliss Balls

These Peach Bliss Balls are ideal for those times when you feel the need to indulge your desire for something sweet. They are a delicious combination of dried peaches, almond flour and desiccated coconut, gently sweetened with pure maple syrup and flavoured with vanilla extract. All the ingredients are blended, rolled into small balls and coated with coconut. They are the perfect snack or pick-me-up, and you will be delighted by how easy they are to make. So good!

Ingredients:
For the Peach Bliss Balls
  • 140 g dried peaches - finely chopped
  • 60 g almond flour
  • 15 g unsweetened desiccated coconut
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoon pure maple syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon coarse sea salt - not table salt
  • water - to achieve desired consistency, if necessary

For Coating the Bliss Balls
  • 2 tablespoon desiccated coconut
