Lemon Chia Seed Muffins

- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- ⅓ cup avocado oil, or light-tasting olive oil
- ½ cup honey, or maple syrup
- ¼ cup milk
- 2 large egg
- 1 Tbsp lemon zest
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Glaze (optional)
- ⅓ cup powdered sugar
- 2-3 tsp lemon juice
