This Spicy Cilantro Avocado Hummus strikes a perfect balance between light and refreshing & creamy and spicy. This Vegan Tahini-Free Hummus Recipe is:

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked fresh or canned chickpeas
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • 3 tbs lemon juice
  • 3 tbs olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/4 – 1/2 tsp dependent upon how spicy you like things red chili flakes
  • 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
