Sauteed Chicken with Cherries

Sauteed chicken with cherries is a quick and easy meal that is perfect for a weeknight dinner. The combination of sweet cherries and savory chicken is sure to please any palate, and the dish is ready in just 20 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 cup pitted fresh cherries
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 1 tsp. cornstarch
