Powdered Donut Cake

Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted and slightly cooled
- 1-1/4 teaspoons freshly grated nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1-1/2 cups all purpose flour, spooned into measuring cup and leveled off with a knife
- 1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
