One of my favorite things about spring is entertaining! I entertain all year long, but I love it even more during the spring and summer. It’s more impromptu and casual.
And these seasons are all about easy around here. Easy for me to make and easy for our friends and family to enjoy. No silverware needed. Just tasty finger foods that can be devoured in one bite. That’s where these Crispy Cajun Shrimp Toast Cups come in.
Ingredients:
Remoulade Dipping Sauce
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. spicy brown mustard
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp. hot sauce
- 4 tsp. Tony Chachere's Original Creole Seasoning
Crispy Shrimp Toast Cups
- 1 lb. shrimp, cleaned and deveined
- 1/2 cup Tony Chachere's Seafood Marinade
- 3 green onions, roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 3 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 Tbsp. Tony Chachere's Original Creole Seasoning, divided
- 1 Tbsp. dried parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3/4 cup shredded Italian cheese blend
- 2 Tbsp. capers
- 3 boxes phyllo shell cups 45 total
- 1-2 Tbsp. sesame seeds, white, black or combination of both
