Chicken Roll Ups

My kids can’t get enough of these creamy, cheesy chicken roll ups. Thickly seasoned thinly sliced chicken breasts are stuffed with creamy Boursin and mozzarella cheese and baked to perfection. This is an easy meal I love to make over and over again!

Made with just 6 simple ingredients, these Boursin cheese stuffed chicken roll ups are simple to make and full of flavor. Rolling up chicken breasts is easier than I thought, and it makes such a beautiful presentation with so little effort. This is an impressive meal to serve to guests but also simple enough to make on a weeknight.
