Homemade Taquitos

These Chicken Taquitos are crisp and crunchy on the outside, with a moist, cheesy center. It’s a crowd-pleasing, kid-friendly meal that’s so easy to make and tastes way better than anything from the store. You’ll love how easy it is to make the filling with rotisserie chicken, and they cook in minutes. Make these for a quick dinner or to serve as an appetizer for game day!
My sister taught me how to make this easy Chicken Taquitos recipe since my kids used to ask me to buy them from the freezer section at the grocery store. Now I make them at home, so they are so much better tasting, and I love that I can use better ingredients and high-quality oil to cook these.
Our family loves Tex-Mex meals, so this 30-minute chicken taquitos recipe was an exciting one to add to our rotation. It’s also well loved for our Super Bowl parties because they are easy to grab and munch.
