- 1 jalapeno, finely chopped, seeds removed if you don't want it too spicy
- 1 cup corn kernels, frozen or fresh
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 teaspoons chili powder, or to taste
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 8 oz. package cream cheese, cut in half
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro for garnish
