Brown Butter Dutch Baby
Brown Butter Dutch Baby with cinnamon apples is the perfect breakfast or brunch for fall. Serve with maple syrup, a dusting of confectioner’s sugar, and whipped cream.
Ingredients:
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut in tablespoon pieces
3 large eggs, at room temperature
1/2 cup whole milk, at room temperature
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon granulated sugar, or pure maple syrup
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
Confectioner’s sugar, for sprinkling
