Brown Butter Gingerbread Madeleines

These Brown Butter Gingerbread Madeleines are healthy, Gluten Free and Refined sugar-free. Easy to make, tender and cakey texture and full of flavor. Your Holidays aren’t complete without these delicious Madeleines. These Brown Butter Gingerbread Madeleines are going to be perfect for that Christmas morning with a cup of coffee and your loved ones around. Make it a tradition every year and make these Madeleines. These gingerbread madeleines are lightly spiced and perfectly delicious little bites. Some call them cookies, some would say they are more like mini cakes, but I think everyone would agree these are all delicious.

If you aren’t Gluten sensitive you could use Oat or whole wheat flour to make these Healthy Brown Butter Gingerbread Madeleines. As for the blackstrap Molasses, you can replace it with either honey or maple syrup. These gingerbread madeleines are a delicious festive twist on the traditional French cookie. Gently spiced and wonderfully light with a crisp outside, they’re little bites of heaven.
