Tomato Salad with Cucumbers, Avocado, and Cilantro
I love this Tomato Salad with Cucumbers, Avocado, and Cilantro, and it’s the cilantro and the lime dressing that makes this a wow for me. This recipe is great for cilantro lovers like me, but see tips in the recipe if you’re not a cilantro fan.
This perfect Tomato Salad with Cucumbers, Avocado, and Cilantro is one of my favorite ways to enjoy tomatoes when they’re garden fresh in the summer months! This is a salad combination I came up with years ago when I had lots of fresh, ripe tomatoes in the garden, and when a neighbor stopped by I shared the salad with her and we both devoured it. I’ve been making the salad ever since, and when I made it recently I decided I had to take some new photos!
If you’re lucky enough to have fresh garden tomatoes and cucumbers, this salad is a perfect way to use them when they’re abundant! But even now that I have to buy tomatoes at the Farmers Market or at the store, this is still an amazing summer salad I make every year.
