Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 (9-ounce) bag original Fritos chips
- 1 cup diced onion
- 3 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 2 teaspoons oregano
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 (8-ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 (10-ounce) can Rotel tomatoes, undrained
- 1 (15-ounce) drained and rinsed can pinto beans
- 1 (15-ounce) drained and rinsed can kidney beans
- 1 ½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
