Deep Dish Chocolate Chunk Cookie for Two

Crisp edges, soft center, and melty chocolate in every bite – this deep dish cookie for two is dangerously easy.

There’s nothing better than a warm, melty chocolate chunk cookie straight from the oven – and this one is made just for two. It bakes up soft in the center, lightly golden at the edges, and basically begs for a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top. I’ve been making it on repeat lately, and I have a feeling you’ll be doing the same.

Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • ¼ cup brown sugar packed
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg yolk
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 ounce chopped chocolate
  • vanilla ice cream for serving
