For the Sticky Toffee Sponge
6oz Butter
7oz Billington's dark muscovado sugar
5oz Billington's very dark maple syrup
5fl oz Milk
2 Medium free range eggs
9oz Plain flour
1 tsp Bicarbonate of soda
5oz Chopped dates
2 Apples (cored)
For the Buttercream
4oz Unsalted butter (softened)
9oz Billington's golden icing sugar
4fl oz Billington's very dark maple syrup
0.5 tsp Sea salt
For the Glaze
To glaze Billington's very dark maple syrup
