Creamed Spinach
Creamed spinach is one of the most popular side dishes for a reason. Savory, creamy, and yet somehow still super nutritious, you don’t just have only to order creamed spinach at steak restaurants, as you can easily make it yourself!
Ingredients:
20 oz. baby spinach
2 Tablespoons butter
1/3 cup yellow onion (finely chopped)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
4 oz. cream cheese
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup heavy cream
Pinch cayenne pepper
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese (Grated)
salt (to taste)
Freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
