Truffle Mushroom Pasta

Truffle mushroom pasta is an easy pasta dish that you can make with a few simple ingredients. 5 ounces fettuccine

3 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided

8 ounces sliced baby bella mushrooms

1 large garlic clove, finely chopped

1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

1/4 cup heavy cream

2 ounces Parrano truffle cheese, shredded (see note)

Garnishes

1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley

1 tablespoon grated truffle cheese
