Ingredients:
- 4 TB olive oil
- 5 oz shiitake mushrooms de-stemmed and chopped
- 1 small shallot (about ¼ cup) chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 3 TB gluten-free flour (or regular flour if not GF)
- ½ cup vegetable broth
- 1 cup unsweetened cashew milk
- ½ teaspoon fresh rosemary
- ½ teaspoon fresh thyme
- 1 teaspoon tamari
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon vegan worcestershire sauce (optional but tasty)
