Watermelon Rum and Sparkling Wine Cocktail

This watermelon, rum, and sparkling wine cocktail has "summer" written all over it. Try it next year!

Ingredients:

• 3 fluid ounces of rum
• 3 fluid ounces of pureed watermelon
• 1 ounce of citrus liqueur such as Cointreau or Triple Sec
• 1 tablespoon frozen limeade concentrate, such as MinuteMaid
• 1/2 ounce pineapple juice
• 12 dashes orange bitters
• Cava
• Tajín for rimming the glasses
• Optional garnishes such as lime slices and cilantro
