Cornbread Salad

Ingredients:
  • 3 cups cornbread, cubed (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 15 ounces pinto beans, drained and rinsed
  • 15 ounces corn, drained
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups Colby Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 jalapeno, diced (optional)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 package ranch dressing powder
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
