Yogurt Bowl with Harissa Chickpeas & Persimmon Salad

Ingredients:
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 bashed garlic clove
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tbsp rose harissa (or 1/2 tbsp harissa)
- 100 g / 2/3 cup chickpeas
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 handful dill
- 1 handful mint
- 1 celery stick
- 1 Lebanese cucumber (or 1/3 cucumber)
- 3 lettuce leaves (cos or romaine)
- 1/2 persimmon (or 3 dried apricots)
- 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 cup yogurt
