The grasshopper cocktail will win you over with its fun minty-green hue, creamy texture, and delicious chocolate flavor. Created in New Orleans in 1919, this festive cocktail falls in line with other dessert cocktails and is made with just three ingredients: crème de menthe, white crème de cacao, and heavy cream.
Ingredients:
- 1 3/4 ounces cold heavy cream
- 1 ounce white crème de cacao liqueur
- 3/4 ounce crème de menthe
- Ice
- 1 fresh mint leaf, or chocolate for grating (optional)
