It’s a low carb version of classic comfort food that is just as good as the original, especially served with some cauliflower mash!

- 1 medium Onion, diced
- 2 cups Crushed Pork rinds
- 1 large Egg
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ⅓ cup Reduced sugar ketchup
