Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup (100 grams) Sourdough Starter 100% hydration, previously feed and bubbly
- 1 1/2 cup + 1 tablespoon (350 grams) Water 80 Fahrenheit (26 Celcius)
- 2 tablespoons (40 grams) Maple Syrup or honey
- 1/2 C + 2 tablespoons (100 grams) Whole Wheat Flour
- 2 1/2 cups + 1 tablespoon (375 grams) Unbleached Bread Flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons (13 grams) Fine Sea Salt
