For the Dressing
- ⅔ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- Zest and juice of 1 medium lemon about 1/4 cup juice and 1 teaspoon zest
- 2 teaspoons honey
- ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 ½ teaspoons kosher salt plus additional to taste
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper plus additional to taste
