Creamy Pineapple Dole Whip

Create a sweet treat that will remind you of vacations to Disney with this Easy 3 ingredient Creamy Pineapple Dole Whip recipe. It is easier to make than you might think and will taste just as good as what Disney has to offer at only 120 calories per serving! It is a frozen treat that people often look forward to when traveling to Disney. If you are in the mood for it but have no plans on traveling to Disney in the near future, you can prepare it at home. Not only will you love this frozen treat, but so will the rest of your family. You will only need a handful of ingredients and a blender or food processor to prepare this tasty treat.

You probably have the three simple ingredients at home. If so, you can blend them together to create a flavorful frozen dessert that you and your children will love. Along with these three ingredients, it helps to have a piping bag with a star nozzle that you can use to serve the Dole Whip in glass serving bowls.

While the pineapple flavor is the most common Dole Whip flavor, you can prepare different variations. If you do not like pineapple or do not want it, some of the other variations to consider trying include mango, strawberry, and raspberry. If you decide to use these other ingredients, you would simply remove the pineapple chunks and replace them with a different frozen fruit. You can keep the pineapple juice or replace it with mango, raspberry, or strawberry juice.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/3 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream
