Ingredients:
Graham Cracker Pecan Crust

- 4 large eggs room temp
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
Pecan Pie Topping
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter 85 grams
- 2/3 cup brown sugar 145 grams
- 1/2 cup dark corn syrup notes (170 grams)
- 1/3 cup heavy cream 78 ml
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 1/2 cups chopped pecans 280 grams
