Baileys Chocolate Mousse Brownies
Baileys Chocolate Mousse Brownies have a brownie layer as a base that is followed by a layer of chocolate mousse and it’s all in one dessert. It is very delicious and so easy to make!

- 2 1/4 cups Granulated sugar
- 2 sticks Unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 1/4 cup Cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1/8 cup cold water
- 1/8 cup Unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 cup Boiling water
- 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
- 1/ 8 cup Cocoa powder
- 1 1/3 cup Heavy whipping cream, cold
- 1/2 cup Baileys Irish cream,cold
- 1.5 oz Semi sweet chocolate
- 1/2 teaspoon Oil
