For the wet ingredients:
- 1/4 cup (65 g) smooth peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup (240 ml) hot non-dairy milk such as almond, oat or soy
- 1/4 cup (60 g) apple sauce
For topping:
- 1/4 cup (45 g) semi-sweet vegan chocolate chips
- 2 to 3 tablespoons raw peanuts or roasted unsalted peanuts
- 2-3 dates chopped
