Greek Chicken Meatballs
These oven baked Greek Chicken Meatballs are tender, juicy, and loaded with the fresh flavors of mint, parsley, dill and onion. They have minimal ingredients and can be on the table in less than 30 minutes. They are delicious served with a traditional tzatziki sauce.
I like to serve them with fresh pita, cucumber and tomato salad, and tzatziki sauce.
Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground chicken (I get all my meat here)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 large egg
- ⅓ cup breadcrumbs or Nut Free Keto Breading Mix for low carb
- ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
- ¼ cup finely minced red onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 ½ teaspoons chopped fresh mint
- 1 ½ teaspoons chopped fresh dill
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- Tzatziki, for dipping
