If you aren’t Gluten sensitive you could use Oat or whole wheat flour to make these Healthy Brown Butter Gingerbread Madeleines. As for the blackstrap Molasses, you can replace it with either honey or maple syrup. These gingerbread madeleines are a delicious festive twist on the traditional French cookie. - 1 Egg large
- 1/4 Tsp Baking Powder
